Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery can be expected within the same day to 7 working days of placing an order.
  • You agree and confirm that, in the event any product delivery is delayed or is returned from its destination on account of a mistake by you (e.g. Providing the wrong name or address or other incorrect/misleading information), any additional costs incurred by the Company for redelivery of the product(s) shall be borne by you.
  • Customers will be informed about any applicable shipping charges during the checkout process.
  • Additionally, please note that our custom shipping charge applies to the Pincodes of customers' delivery addresses respectively. 
  • If any, the company reserves the right to add shipping charges, not withstanding any indication of free shipping during checkout, based on the final invoice. This determination is contingent upon factors such as package weight, dimensions, and the quantity or volume of the shipment.
  • Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 14 days of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. In the event of delivery not being possible within 14 days of receiving the order, we will undertake to keep you informed of any changes and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund of money paid.
  • Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
  • Payment for each order will be taken from your credit, debit card or bank account. All payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer or bank.
  • Payment: For "Pay after Delivery" Orders, Customers shall pay online post delivery to Ayull's account directly with the payment link or scan the QR code in the Invoice provided by us via WhatsApp.
  • Customers must confirm the payment method for shipping with each order since we collaborate with third-party logistics service providers. It's crucial to note that for orders marked as "To-pay shipping," shipping charges may require direct payment to the shipping agency by the customer. Occasionally, Ayull may include the shipping charges on the invoice. In such cases, being "Prepaid Shipping" Ayull will collect the payment directly from the customer for shipping charges, if any.
  • Cancellation: For cancellations of orders placed, please mail us to support@ayull.com or WhatsApp to +917010822990 with order details within 12hours of placing the order.
  • The product incase has to be returned, return shipping has to be initiated to us within 24 hours of your receipt of goods. Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us from the original order value on receipt of the returned goods, provided they are in their original packaging, have not been opened or used and any seals on the product remain unbroken This could take up to 30 days although it will be acted upon immediately.
